Luminary

The Sun.  A lot of people think of the Sun as a planet in our solar system and forget that the Sun is a Star.

Sunday I drew the Star and for all intents and purposes I have drawn another Star card portrayed as our Sun.  Some evenings I go out and  wish upon the first star that I see twinkling in the night sky and now I wonder if on the other side of the galaxy, someone is making a wish on our solar system star-The Sun.   Lovely

  1. One each, bizarre sunflower. Is that a hangdog rabbit at the bottom?

    1. It is a weird hybrid sunflower. The author just calls them creatures lapping up the delicious goo dripping from the sunflower. I think it is a rabbit, probably the one I drew yesterday and jumped in the card. That crazy rabbit!

  2. This got me thinking: We could wish upon our Sun each morning after we wake up.... That opens up a lot of new possibities.
Maybe combine it with some Sun salutations?

    1. I thought the same thing. We could make our daily wish every morning at sunrise.

  3. I guess the only difference with our sun/star is that we get to enjoy its light and warmth.
