My first thoughts on this card were the dark and how could all those Black-eyed-Susans grow in the absence of light? At the edge of the forest where the sunlight shines through the tree canopy, yes. Such is with ourselves I think, when we travel within. Shadow work they label it. If we look within ourselves and all those deep and dark places with grace, we will see that there are lovely treasures. The Shadows are not all dark but dappled with light to help us find the way through our own labyrinths.
Our own worst enemy? How about our own best friend?
