Dilemma

Power * Perseverance are the the keywords for this Nine of Wands depiction. 
There are times we push forward, push ahead, and there are times we retreat and review.  This Nine advises to go the distance and finish.  Can we when we are weakened and tired?  Will the finish be all that it could be if we paused and then finished?
