In between

Kuan Yin, the Goddess of mercy and love;  traditional card is the Hanged Man.  Looking at things from a different vantage point.  Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change.

My eyes were drawn to the Moon and the Sun in the upper corners of the card.  That in between place between sleeping and waking.  Neither one thing nor the other. Is my reality in the awaken state or the dream state?

  1. I've had some vivid dreams lately and trying to prolong that fleeting in between bit to make sense of them. As soon as rational thoughts kick in poof the memory is gone.

    1. I agree as soon as you tell your dreams to someone else or try to write them down, they are such meager reflections of what you have experienced during the night

  2. Interesting choice for the Hanged Man - "The One Who Hears the Cries of the World." I suppose it is having compassion even when you can't fix the problem.

    1. True. Compassion is one of our big lessons. Not solving others problems, just to be sincere in our emotional support. A witness to others journey and they to ours.

Be Well

My thoughts today are with a friend that is undergoing a major surgery, one that impacts her life. Sending healing energy and loving though...
