ReplyDeleteI eat much more of the dark green leafy lettuces, but there is still a lot to say for the satisfying crunch of crisp Iceburg lettuce.

ReplyDeleteI've just started intermittent fasting, but I know from experience that WW is wonderful.
I have joined WW several times. The first I did get motivated and the other times it felt like I was just a number and not the one on the scale. Maybe 3rd time is a charm.
