Steady on

 

This is a good reminder to keep my emotions in check so I remain steady and seated in the saddle.  Won't get far if I fall off on my way to wherever the day takes me.

    I'm taking a course with Pema Chodron who is encouraging us to feel what we feel with compassion, but without letting our mental narrative feed it. I'm thinking I'll have it figured out by my 100th birthday. :D

    but...there might be a rich tomb there, that is basically how Belzoni discovered the Sarcophagus of Seti I. Or maybe a herd of four leaf clovers. From Sharyn's Church of Prosper Where You Fall, chapter 3. :)
