Apathy

 

I have been feeling disconnected lately. Not sure what or why. We all have been here at this crossroads. No inclination to move forward. Shaking our head with a grimace on our faces. Something unsettling but not really. Nothing to really pinpoint our resistance or dissension.  Hopefully the Fountain draw today suggests a glimpse of a moment of lucidity. Like a stream of sunlight through the crack in the curtains, announcing dawn.

      Keeping one foot in front of the other and hopefully soon I am standing in that beam of sunlight.

    I think it might be part and parcel aftereffects of the incident and surgery. It sure was for my dad and our friend Bob. Up your St. John's Wart :)

      On advice of cardiac doctor, I sat aside the St. Johns Wart because of possible interaction with Plavix. The shorter days of less sunlight is adding to it, so I am reminding myself to sit under my 'Mood Light' to help with the seasonal adjustment.
