I see five 'Light Maidens' tending their garden. Bees do a little dance trading information and greetings I am guessing, and their dance pattern is a lemniscate. Fascinating that their dance is the pattern of infinity. Bees have fallen on hard times with all the pesticides and lawns without dandelions. The notable thing to me is they just keep doing what they do. Dance in the Light, tend the flowers, and support their community hive. Solid good wisdom
Bee - accomplishing the impossible through the heart
Busy, helpful Bee fertilizes life. The honeycomb cells represent the heart: Love what you do. It represents a social structure where each member knows its work and works for the good of the whole. Bee balances hard, productive work with time to enjoy the sweetness of life

If I could just focus on doing what I love and caring for the people around me, I think I would find life very sweet indeed. :)
ReplyDeleteAll those distractions that life throws at us, we can lose our focus. To be more like the bees. They don't think about how pretty the flower is they just keep collecting the nectar. Just do what they do.
DeleteDance in the light, love that phrase. I'm the lawn mower here, and I try to always do it before 10:30/11:00 AM, before the bees start working the clover and dandelions so I don't run over them.
ReplyDeleteGood for you. I drive through the neighborhoods and so many have smooth green lawns, all those pesticides killing off the dandelions. When I was little we knew the dandelions meant bees so we were careful were we put our little bare feet. Ahh, the sunny days of youth.
