Go away

There are lots of these people in real estate.  Looking for the get rich quick schemes.  A lot of them have been watching infomercials that talk of buying homes and fixing them up, selling them and making a big profit.  Blah Blah Blah, there are only about 500 in our smaller side of the Louisville Metro area doing this already. I guess I will hear from one today.  Another someone with big ideas on buying and selling homes and make a fortune.

    Makes me think of the "prosperity gospel" many preachers are advocating these days.

    they see the dream and not the sweat equity..
    It isn't restricted to house flippers. You can't imagine how much fabric quilters buy based on the quilt they see in their head and never make.

      I tell some of them if it was that easy, I wouldn't be showing them the house; I would have bought it myself or I would already be rich enough not to have to be out showing some of these rat houses.

    We went through a phase like that here in the noughties and it is still playing out now with notes through the door making 'offers' Predatory (or desperate) people looking to make a fast buck not realising our tiny house is a home...
