Rules, rules, rules. I fancy that I have lived my life my way, but in review I see that I have followed most of the rules that life and society dictates. Early education embedded in my sub-conscious has guided most of my life and decisions. I wonder if my coat of conformity can be shucked these last decades and I can truly follow a life of individuation?

a hard road full of potholes and tears? Being a square peg in a round hole is tough enough. I had to identify where my corners most chaffed and work to alter things individually. All at a cost. Can't say I'm any happier, but more free of custom and sheepledom has its own rewards.
