For the birds

"for the birds" was one of my Mother's favorite exclamations.  Nonsense. 
Birds are birds.  Some are the stay at home type and others are on the move.
The question I keep debating with myself. "Do I stay or do I go?"

    Makes me think of The Clash: "If I go, there will be trouble.
    And if I stay it will be double."
