Yin

Receptivity.  I don't feel very receptive.  My respiratory ailment has me only focused on me; oh woe is me.  I haven't walked barefoot for several days, not able to focus on positive healing thoughts, and the deep racking coughs have been a real imposition. Today I do feel better, but I am still not very receptive to any get up and go.  I need that well-spring that is overflowing from the cup.  Misery may love company but I am tired of my own.
