The Keeper of Tradition
I am entranced with this feminine version of the Hierophant. I have started several drafts and yet I cannot string the words together to define what feelings she evokes within me. She appears much softer than her masculine counter-part and yet she must be just as disciplined, as a Keeper of Tradition.
The booklet advise me to maintain a spiritual practice of prayer, meditation, and gratitude. So I believe I will spend some extra time and thought with this card.
Perhaps I have always known everything important but will need a lifetime to discover what I know. Tarot and Oracles offer me guides and sign posts to help me along my way.

ReplyDeleteI wonder how different my life might be if I got up every morning and dedicated 1 hours to meditation and prayer. Something to think about.
DeleteThe feminine side of spirituality - give rather than get. That's a refreshing take of the Hierophant!
ReplyDeleteI just returned home after working the morning and most of afternoon. I think I will step into the card and become her acolyte for the evening.
