Sounds easy right, not. I have done this journey and it does take the hard angles off the story and with time maybe all the harshness, but it takes time to change the story that has been part and parcel of our identity, and some our stories have been playing since childhood, in fact most of them have.
I listen to the story of others and hear them portray themselves as victims and wonder do they hear the same from me?
