Objectivity seems to be the key word - to find someone who can give us the information we need to hear rather than what we want to hear (while avoiding anyone who will try to manipulate us for their own purposes).
ReplyDeleteI had a meeting this morning with a couple of other real estate agents from another company. I spoke with one of them a few weeks back and said "I don't think so." There were two this time and I said no, and if I change my mind I will let you know. They were saying a few things to try and manipulate me for their purposes, so you are spot on.
