Revisitation
I think I will stay for another day, thank you.
This lovely fairy revisited me today and I am good with that. An Ace of Pentacles is always a good omen. Yesterday she stopped by and I had a really good day. I found a ten dollar bill, nice. I received an offer that the owner accepted on a home that was a bit challenged. The weather was absolutely wonderful, a good day to shore us up before the next two weeks of very chilly days. An abracadabra day. So for her to make a second appearance, I am all for that. I have a class this morning, hence the books I think. A brokers open house late this afternoon, maybe I will lucky enough to draw one of the give-a-ways. Today is Friday so a lot of people are a bit nicer on Fridays since their weekend is away from work.

ReplyDeleteI used to follow a blog, that as a side issue when she walked every morning she picked up loose change and kept a yearly total. The best spot? fast food drive through. Quite impressive totals. I might find 3 cents a year. Hope your day is wonderful, I'm thinking there will be good snacks to score at the Brokers meeting. So you don't have to cook dinner :)
I used to find change and folding money all the time, not so much anymore. People use debit and credit cards more often is one reason, so they don't carry cash to lose.

ReplyDeleteFSBO, for sale by owners. They are still out there. Several websites and they can advertise on Zillow.com and in this fairly fast paced market they have more successes than they used too. Buyers and Sellers are much more knowledgeable and savvy then in years past.

ReplyDeleteI have drawn repeating cards every since I picked them up. At first I would draw again and a lot of times the same card would re-appear with subsequent draws so I just stay with it. Kind of disrespectful if we don't give ourselves the attention it is trying to give with whatever card presents itself.
