Little bit later. The couple of places we looked at I don't think will work, she agreed with me on one. The other looks new and a bit upscale, but the space is not functional. I advised her to view a few more. I must remind myself it is her decision; not be too much of a negative nelly or she will quit asking for my input and then I will be left holding my opinions, for all they are worth.

DeleteReminds me of my first flat not functional at all but the exterior and the location! If renting doesn't matter too much. Buying a different matter altogether!...She is lucky to have you :)
