Something happens that changes the balance(no won't say - spoiler alert) but the credo of one of the scientist was non interference. Do we or don't we step in if called for? It is a really challenging decision.Carolyn Tindorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18021732104470702542noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4381019337816177372.post-84573474647686617262016-08-13T17:32:31.515-07:002016-08-13T17:32:31.515-07:00There is good everywhere, hopefully all these less...There is good everywhere, hopefully all these lessons of violence and madness on the streets and in homes are just the tipping point that we all need to make the change.Carolyn Tindorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18021732104470702542noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4381019337816177372.post-8961189617965616922016-08-13T17:30:40.461-07:002016-08-13T17:30:40.461-07:00There is so much that needs attention I think a lo...There is so much that needs attention I think a lot of people are becoming hardened off and immune to what they see and hear. I was parked at a grocery store about 25 years ago, reviewing my list, when a woman and two children approached the car next to me. The dead silent children go in the back seat, the woman opened the back hatch, set her grocery sacks down, and proceeded to pull canned goods from them and pitching them at the children. I opened my car door and stepped out, watching her, and she closed the hatch, got in, and drove away. I sometimes wonder should I have been faster, should I have done more, or was this just a mom whose children had acted out in public until her last never broke. Where are those children now, are they now raising their own children like they were raised? On the other hand I met a little girl this week, she was about six years old. She was such a polite child but with an inquiring mind, I actually shook hands with her and told her how much I enjoyed meeting her. When is the last time I ever wanted to shake a child's hand? Thanks for the reminder that there is still good all around us - but sometimes we have to look for it!thesycamoretreehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15182019323050600440noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4381019337816177372.post-18826666212940632352016-08-13T06:11:08.041-07:002016-08-13T06:11:08.041-07:00Sometimes we have to hear or read something like t...Sometimes we have to hear or read something like this to wake up and be more attentive to our fellow man and then we fall asleep again until the next time we hear or read something like this....Ellenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02617686222764658629noreply@blogger.com
